Order delay and worst customer support

Dell team,

I made payment on Jan 11th 2021 and you guys are taking your own sweet time to deliver the product.

Dell team does not care about customer urgency they will tell you to wait ... wait ... wait .. ..

Its been 2 weeks I am still waiting. Currently you guys revised estimated date of arrival also extended to one more week.

If you are taking one month to deliver a laptop to customer then shame on you.
