PXE-E61 Media Test Failure Inspiron 5558

Recently had to replace the touchpad/chassis on an Inspiron 5558.

Upon load up it gave me the PXE-E61 Media Test Failure, and will not boot Windows.

I worked around this by pressing F12 at start up and selecting HDD/SDD as boot device and Windows 10 starts up just fine.

How would the boot order be changed when swapping out the touchpad chassis? And how do I change the boot options so I no longer have to select the HDD/SDD from the boot menu?

Thanks!

VincentY2831,

Start the computer and tap the F2 key to enter the bios. Once in the bios navigate to the boot screen. From there change the first boot device to the hard drive; save the changes and exit.
