RAM upgrade for Dell Inspiron 5570

Hello Community!

This community has always been helpful to me.

~~

My laptop model is Inspiron 5570.

I want to upgrade its RAM and SSD. The SSD I am buying for it is Samsung 970 evo. I am confused for RAM. I want an upgrade with Kingston HyperX fury 8GB DDR4 2400 MHz. Below is given the link to the product:

https://www.amazon.com/Kingston-HyperX-2133MHz-Non-ECC-HX421C14FB/dp/B013F972X0?th=1&psc=1

Help me with it whether I  should buy for this specific model. My specifics are: i7-8th generation.

~~

Thanks

It is not the RAM Kingston recommends for your system -- you'll have to verify with the seller.  Or, for Kingston's recommended RAM for your system, see

Hi, I am told that I cannot upgrade the 8GB RAM that is currently installed in my DELL Inspirion 5570. I was advised that the max capacity was 8GB! Please, could you advise whether this is true or can I really proceed to upgrade it. The reason I ask is that my laptop (only one week old), is too noisy and I need to run many applications at the same time. What is the max that I can add to the current 8GB, as I need it to be performing at it's best? Thanking you for your advice.

According to Dell Inspiron 5000 series official documentation, it says the Inspiron 5000 series laptops are compatible with 32Gb memory. Please refer to page 15 of the documentation to get information about memory compatibility.
