You might try installing the Intel IO driver that driver seems to have a lot to do with HID devices. You should log into you account click on Support enter your model and most importantly your Service Tag numbers then click on download search through the drivers for the Intel IO you also might check for any other drivers that might have anything to do with HID devices.
