Hello,

Yes your model has 2 DDR4 SODIMM slots 2400 mhz  and you can upgrade the ssd this model has a M2 slot the service manual says maximum 512 gb this means dell did not test larger ssd's .

You coud go to crucial.com let them scan your dell system after that you get a list of compatible upgrades do note the prce of ram is quite high at the moment.

Your specifications manual is here

Your service manual is here

The 2400 mhz memory works at 2133 mhz for the 7th generation intel core processors.

Memory can go to 32 G (2X16).

SSD upgrades for this model are SATA-only - there is no NVMe support in the 7560.

Hi, I also have the same problem, I bought a SSD Cosair MP510, 480GB, m.2 NVMe, and it's not recognized by the hardware, does exist any solution for this?

Thanks!

The manual states support for a SATA SSD, but the motherboard has a NVM type connection

I know because i've opened the machine with the SSD in hand
