Yes your model has 2 DDR4 SODIMM slots 2400 mhz and you can upgrade the ssd this model has a M2 slot the service manual says maximum 512 gb this means dell did not test larger ssd's .
You coud go to crucial.com let them scan your dell system after that you get a list of compatible upgrades do note the prce of ram is quite high at the moment.

Memory can go to 32 G (2X16).
SSD upgrades for this model are SATA-only - there is no NVMe support in the 7560.

You have 2 options, Cheap and best:
Samsung 860 EVO SATA III internal SSD
Samsung 860 EVO M. 2 SATA lll internal SSD

The manual states support for a SATA SSD, but the motherboard has a NVM type connection
I know because i've opened the machine with the SSD in hand
