SSD and RAM upgradation

I have Dell Inspiron 15 Gaming 5577 15.6-inch Laptop (7th Gen Core i7-7700HQ/8GB/1TB + 128GB SSD/Windows 10/GTX 1050M 4GB Graphics) laptop.

  1. I want to upgrade my ssd to 1TB. Does it support M.2 NVME PCIe SSD (Samsung 970 EVO) or i need to use M.2 Sata (Samsung 860 Evo)?
  2. I want to add second RAM which is 16GB. It has already 8GB RAM so i want to make it 8+16: 24GB Total Ram. Is it possible to add 2 ram at the same time? What mhz type and DDR type should i buy, to make support with 8gb ram?

Both upgrades -- SSD and memory are supported.

For best performance, you should use matched pairs of memory, so if you buy a 16, plan on two to go to the max (32 G).
