Support request
I have ongoing support requests for more than 4 months... Case still unresolved and Dell cares are unable to help. They won't listen to me and I am at dead end. Can I please get in touch with superior who can do something and solve this case in my favour? Why Dell agents are so unbelievably stupid?

Great support from Dell - support, supervisor and even Frank Azor himself are still ignoring my messages. This is how dell deals with customers! DELL just ignores customers.
