Tech support

Someone can tell me the email address for tech support for dell inspirion 15.

 

I have this issues:

The laptop works but when i use a non-dell power supply or battery is working.when i use dell power suppy or battery dont.what is the cause of that?

And i want to change the owner but the web page is so slow.it is normal?

The tech support can do that for me ?

You MUST use an OEM Dell AC adapter - or the battery won't charge.  Some third-party batteries will work; others won't. 

The ownership transfer page responds just fine for me - if you're having trouble, try using a different system or connection.

What is the version of BIOS installed?

The problem is not charging the battery or power supply.i think is ok.the battery charge and the laptop boot but with when i use original battery or power supply i have a blue screen in windows 10.windows dont boot.when i use only some hp or something like that power supply 90w is all ok at least windows boot and i can play with it.i need to reinstall windows with recovery iso for website?
