The keyboard and mouse suddenly don't work.

Hello everyone, my computer has been in use for 1 year. I recently discovered that before it is not flexible, especially the keyboard, sometimes it doesn't work. What happened in the end, is there a way to solve this problem? Do I need to replace it?

The reason why the keyboard can not be used is that the keyboard itself is damaged, or the chip of the motherboard control keyboard is damaged. There is also a system problem. It is fine to reinstall the system. It is recommended that you send the test.
