Webcam Driver missing

I have an Inspiron 7559, and after reinstalling Windows, the webcam driver is missing and my camera app is showing the 0xA00F4244 . I already tried updating the OS, reseting the camera app and many other things, and still my camera is not working.

Not olnly my camera driver is missing, also my touchscreen stopped working, and the microphone (despite haveing the driver) stopped working too.
