Which USB port should I use for my Canon LIDE 400 scanner?

I have Dell 7570 laptop. And it has 3 ports.

All are USB 3 and 2 of them don't have a battery icon near them. One of them have a battery icon. I guess it is for PowerShare feature. Here's more details from official specifications:

Two USB 3.1 Gen 1 port
One USB 3.1 Gen 1 port with PowerShare

Now, I'm using Canon LIDE 400 scanner. It doesn't need any AC power adapter for power. It is supposed to get power from my laptop only through USB. It has a USB 3 cable from Canon itself. One side of it is Type-C which I have to use on Scanner input.

The other side is like any other USB 3 (blue colored).

Now in the official specification of this scanner, it is written that it is supposed to get power through USB itself from my laptop. And I'm not sure which of those 3 USB ports is most suitable to plug in the scanner USB cable?

Further, in BIOS settings of my laptop, the PowerShare checkbox in System Configuration is checked. Is it supposed to keep unchecked or checked for working of my scanner?
