Win 10 reinstalled using recovery disc but activation failed

Dear Team,

i have just reinstalled Win 10 in my dell inspiron 15 3000 series using dell recovery disc. it installed without any issue but i can see the activation is failed and i am not sure how to overcome this issue.

Appreciate your help in this regard.
