Windows 10 Windows Insider Program.
Windows 10 Home 20H2 Software-want to use Windows Insider Program. But I can't choose optional diagnostic data because it's grayed out. I turned on Connected User Experience and Telemetry in services. Tried Automatic and manual mode and re-booted both times. This did not make a difference. The selection says it's running.
