Wireless Mouse will not copy and paste
Hi,
I am afraid new to this community so here goes.
I have a new Dell Inspiron15 300 laptop. I bought a wireless mouse to go with it but I am unable to copy and paste with the mouse. I have read the other replies but that does not help me. When I highlight the text as soon as I try to touch the right side of the mouse the text I have highlighted vanishes.
I can high light and copy with the touchpad no problem. Is my mouse faulty, it is a Dell.

There's a possibility that you are clicking on both mouse keys or your mouse is simply malfunctioning.
Here are a few scenarios,
After you highlight the text you want to copy, you could have mistakenly left-clicked twice which could make the highlight disappear.
Why don't you try using your keyboard to copy and paste on your dell laptop instead?
