Hey, If you click on the action center in the lower left corner, near the clock (in Windows 10 of course), did you make sure that "Night Light" is turned off? I know this is one of those no-brainer type of things that is easily overlooked. If I turn Night Light on right now, it gives me that yellowish tint you describe. You can also find the Night Light options in Settings.
