bad service

Hello ,

 

dell is having very bad service , i had problem in my ac adapter  but they send me the power cord , when i told delivery agent that i do not want problem you take it back then he told we can't take it back 

 

very bad service in this case dell is not supporting as this delivery service is taken care by them only
