Please try to start the computer in safe mode by following this link http://dell.to/2uX6Yt7  & check if you are able to use your computer.

 

If the system works fine you can reset the computer without losing any data saved. However, all the applications you have installed will be wiped off.

 

Please click on the message tab – click new message & search for my Dell username (Dell-Sreejith R) & send a private message with the service tag, registered name & email address.

I will lose the applications??
You mean installed programs ??
This is my biggest concern, I don't want.lose any of my work

After 4 hours of fighting with this laptop a give up ,I tried to remove/disable all those apps and still nothing ,so I found a restarting point and I did that and now is back to normal, but I have an other issue which was an issue startes about 6 months prior to tbis other mess ,it seams that the hard drive is always running ,is if there is to many programs running in the backgrounds ,I only used about 20%of storage ,why does that
No Events found!
