where are the usb drivers for dell 3567 laptop ? win10/ 64bit

USB drivers are only required for Windows 7, and then only for USB 3.0. Windows 8 and newer have native USB 3.0 support.

And yes as @jphughan said you don't need to download any drivers for USB in windows 10.
