Use the Dell power manager application.

update the laptop firmware (go to device manager and select firmware and update the firmware) your firmware version and bios version both should be same once you update the firmware.

check the antivirus scan option (every hour , daily , weekly). better to select manual scan option not automatic.

check any application are running in background.

check whether the drivers are up-to date (use dell support assistant application to check the latest drivers for your laptop).

check your laptop air vent area whether it's blocked or not.

clean your OS cache files (Temp , %Temp% , prefetch).

disable the windows automatic search option in services.msc (further details check the Dell tech support in YouTube channel).

this laptop is prone to issues, especially with latest bios update.

using the Dell power manager, you can set it to "optimized" mode, which will quiet it down somewhat.

it runs VERY hot no matter what you do though.
