If you replaced charger and battery and still if the ussue is not resolved, then issue could be with charging port.
Lets start with basics.
First drain flea power(remove charger and battery, press and hold power button for 10 sec)
Connect charger and battery.
Power on system press F12(boot menu) go to bios, load optimal settings, save and exit settings, your system will restart now.
Again press F12 select system Diagnostics, your system will run test on all hardware parts.
Check the adapter and battery status and update me.
