my dell laptop is super slow
My dell inspiration 5558 i5-5200u 4 ram, is taking too much to start up,more time to open simple applications and when i try to open chrome i have to stay about 15 min waiting.Also when i open task manager hard disk is always 100%.

Thank you for your message. Please start the computer in safe mode by following this link & check if the issue persists. If the system works fine, it could be caused due to an application running in the background in normal mode.
There are chances that the system is running low on memory & you may consider upgrading the memory.
Try to increase the size of the Page file that Windows uses to ensure enough storage space is allocated to the Operating System.
1.Navigate to Control Panel
Click System
Select Advanced System Setting
Under Performance, Select Setting
Click on the Advanced Tab
Select Change
Set the minimum to the amount of System Ram installed
Set the Maximum to double the amount of System Ram installed
Click Apply
Click OK
Restart the system

Well it seems it wasn't the pc but os.One of my friend told me to change to ubuntu and i did.And now pc is performing really really good.Thanks anyway :)
