"Inspiron 15-7568" Can't get Dell Diagnostics to run from the webpage

I was trying to troubleshoot a problem and went to the support page.  Installed Support Assist and tried to run the quick version, the long version and one specific for the touchscreen.  None will run.  They just sit on the Gathering Tests step.  Suggestions?
