Even after certification by a dell engineer, my touchpad issue is not being resolved.. The technical team of inspiron is beating around the bush everytime i call them.. They are really irresponsible. Only a case in consumer forum can sort things out..
Please list Dell model number and version of windows. Example: Dell Inspiron 3543, windows 10
If you don't know, type msinfo32 onto the search box, stroll down to System Model, you should see it now.
In the meantime, you sent the system to Dell for repairs or a Dell technician came to your house? You talk to a Dell rep or technician over the phone? What type of repairs or advice were given to help resolve the touchpad problem?
