Can Isilon Snapshots be moved to Cloud Pool.

I was poking around the Cloud Pools and File Pool Policies on Isilon and noticed that there is an option to move snapshots to a different storage pool or tier. I'm wondering if a storage tier can be created using Cloud Pool and if a file pool policy can be created to move snapshots of files to this tier.

I'm thinking of a use case where a file sits on Isilon and it's snapshots (deltas) lives on ECS. Is it doable?
