FLex Protect Job not getting failed - Isilon HD 400

Hi, i have 5 nodes setup, in that there was power shutdown and we did the node properly shutdown. Next day restarted the setup unfortunately 1 node couldn't powered on, so we couldn't do the smartfail too. Finally i added new node as node 6, but the fail node no 2 showing as suspended and not going out also.
