Yes, here is an example of moving an entire folder, and it's contents into SSD: isi set -g retune --diskpool x200_27tb_600gb-ssd_24gb-ram -s data -vRr /ifs/vsphere/datastore01

This can be done with isi set, but it's much better to use the File Pool Polices to do this. It makes it easier to manage as well as simpler to configuring. Doing this via isi get makes it hard to tell what directories are storing data on the SSD drives. Where as with policies, it's all in one web page and you change this with a couple of clicks. However, this does require a SmartPools license.

If I have GNA enabled on the cluster, is it still possible to pin a directory in to the SSD leaving GNA enabled? This cluster is on OneFS 7.1.0.6

Yes, we do that in our cluster with GNA and a small directory pinned into SSD via file pool policies.
