Isilon Gen6 Node addition caused outage

Hi. We added 4 gen6 Nodes to the network pools and SMB clients lost the connectivity. One of the AD was reported offline at the same time. Is there a way to determine if the ports are allowed on individual Nodes or not?

Is there any other way to verify what may be the issue?

What is the current version of firmware running on your system?  Were there any alerts listed when the system went offline?

Thanks for the response.

Do I need to share the Node firmware version? If yes, kindly help me with the command for OneFS 8.1.2.0.

During the time of outage, one of the AD was reported offline by OneFs and the SMB shares lost connectivity

Hello not_a_lone_wolf,

It would be best to open a service request so that we can gather the cluster logs and see what is going on with your system.
