OneFS Antivirus - Quarantine setting question (what will be quarantined)

OneFS 8.1.2 and Symantec Protection Engine 8.

For now I have everything set to Log only in SPE and OneFS AV.

In OneFS, If I select "Attempt to quarantine file when threat is found" will it Quarantine ALL the  "Container size violation" files that it encounters?  I'm asking because I have a huge number of files in this category and they show up as Infected (OneFS Antivirus Threat Reports) although the Infected label means it simply wasn't able to verify the file and not that it actually is infected.
