OneFS Job Engine Reports Missing

Hi,

Our client has a Gen4 cluster that is still running OneFS 7.2.1.0 and we've noticed an issue with job reports not being kept. It seems to have started around 9th Feb this year as i cannot find any job reports newer than this. The job engine is obviously up and running as jobs are executing still without any issues but there is just no report available.

I had a look round a folder called /ifs/.ifsvar/modules/jobengine/cp which by the looks of it has the basic information that would go into a report and this is updated when jobs complete but nothing is showing when do the isi job reports list command.

I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on what could be the issue causing no reports to be visible? And if possible any ideas how to sort it?

PS: I know the cluster really needs an upgrade but that may not be possible as it is no longer under full support of DellEMC and i'm not doing upgrades while in that position.
