1 month XPS 15z issues

I totally feel disappointed with my XPS 15z. The condition is not good, the loading is very slow, blue screen appeared 4 times, freeze once, overheating all the time, noisy fan and I have restored all the data twice. I hope that I could get a new replacement from dell but the agent was answering me with no polite at all. He just ask me to restore again all the data on my computer. The service from dell is not as what I have expected. This product is only 1 month with me and I already had a lot of problems with it. Please reply if anyone has the same issues as mine.
