1764 bios removed--demoted
Anyone know why all the Inspiron 1464, 1564, 1764 bios files have been removed from Dell Downloads? THIS page says No longer available, reason: demoted. No bios files are available for these 3 models. Does this mean a new bios will be available? The 1764 is out of production and is being sold on the Sales site "in limited quantities."

I'm having the same experience. I think it is a real pain that they did not supply reasonable support about the demotion. Nor did they give us any information about new bios. Wish they would let us know!!
