2670M - how many cores / threads ?..

There's an XPS 15 l502x which really interests me. But I have one question about it.

On the french site of Dell (http://www.dell.com/fr/entreprise/p/xps-l502x-proc-mod/pd?oc=n00x5m12&model_id=xps-l502x-proc-mod) I see this laptop with a processor i7-2670M. Can it mean that there are only 2 cores ? There's no 2670M on the Intel's site, only 2670QM. So does it exist ? are they different ?

I can't find anything about it but I've read that i7-2670M is an OEM processor and only the manufacturer can provide the details about it.

Please can anybody tell me about this 2670M processor ? I'd really like to know about the number of cores/threads and L3 cache for this processor.
