5537 no boot at all

me again      its inspiron 15R      i tried xp instaall disk   w7   w8

no go

screen is blank

Can you please provide us with a detail description of what the issues is .
 

In case where the system is not booting kindly restart the system to check if it boots in " Safe mode" If it does then please do a system restore .

In case the system doesnt not boot in " Safe mode " then please run the diagnostics to check if it comes up with any hard ware failures .

Kindly private message the system service tag.

screen blank

no boot at all

not to bios, nothing

except click 3 second of silence then click 3 second of silence then click 3 second of silence endlessly

tried to boot with charger connected without battery same result

tried also all of above after removing battery and without charging wire same result 

is it dead ?

Kindly restart the system in safe more and check if it boots and if it does perform a system restore .

If not please perform a system diagnostics and make a not of the error code ,
