I have purchased the DELL AC411 wireless speaker system for my Latitude E6430 laptop and IPhone 5.  I do not receive any sound through the speakers - either through a direct connect to my laptop or via Bluetooth on either my laptop or IPhone.  Both show a connection and I have a steady blue light on the remote control.  If I unhook the Aux cable from the headset output on my laptop, the laptop speaker provides sound; however, if I leave the Aux cable connected to my laptop and unhook it from The AC411 woofer, the laptop speaker does not work.  I am running Windows 7.  I have reseated all the cables a number of times.
