AMD DRIVER ERROR DELLINSPIRON 15R 5521
HELLO,
Any Technical people on forum now, Please help me with my New dell inspiron 15r 5521 laptop.
I have a problem for AMD graphics driver.
IAlways see this poppin' out every start up.
I appreciate ur helps to fix dis problem of mine.
Please inform me step by step to remove this error.

Hi al3xandruc,
We truly regret the inconvenience that has been caused to you.
I understand that drivers are installed and working properly. However you are unable to launch the catalyst software for the same. Please check the link below for the software only and let me know what happens when you try to install the same:

Please perform these steps and let us know the results of the same so we can advise you further.

I have a new inspiron 5521 i7 8gb ram 1tb hdd. Radeon graphics sticker. FHD 1920 x 1080 15.6 LCD. Win 8 64bit.
device Manager shows intel hd4000 & Radeon HD8730 graphics! with exclamation mark..
Properties says' " Radeon is not using any resources because it has a problem"
Intel driver show working proerly.
Screen is blurry, not sharp or clear at all. very difficult read anything at 1920 x 1080 settings.
Need to set right down to 1366 x 768? to read anything.. "Recomend to use native 1920x1080" pops up.
Have tried resizing txt & zoom, but always not sharp or clear.
have tried uninstalling reinstalling intel and AMD graphics from dell driver support. Problem not fixed.
Please help because I feel like returning it.

We truly regret the inconvenience that has been caused to you. As Radeon HD 8730 is showing with an exclamation mark it means you need to install the driver for the video card.

Hi there, thanks for your assistance.
I uninstalled Intel and AMD drivers and software,
Reinstalled Intel and AMD drivers ( same version as your link) 3 times but to no remedy.
All resolution settings fuzzy even at 1366 x 768 and screen is unreadable at native 1920 x 1080
Any other suggestions
