Hi Todd

Just an update

Had to download a DLL Fixer in the end. Plus 1 windows update and now don't receive any DLL error messages.

Have also been able to reload iTunes, and walIa my music is still there in their correct folders.

So just want to say a big thanks for your help.

Sincere regards

Paul

Hi Todd

Thank you for the information.

Last week I uninstalled all the apple products, except three that would not allow:

* Apple Mobile Device Support

* Mobile Control Panel

* iCloud

These 3 have repair or remove instead of uninstall. This will be my next task.

The 'MSVCR80.dll' msg has now gone, but I get an 'MSVCP100.dll' with 'ApplePush stopped working'.

Do I still need to remove these last 3 items - repair will not do?

Cheers

Paul
