ATI Mobility Radeon 7500 drivers for Win 2000

I have a Dell Inspiron 8100 with the optional ATI Mobility Radeon 7500 video card.  It came with XP and has served me well.  However my sister wants it and I'll gladly give it away, but she insists on Win 2000 as the OS.  I've tried to convince her to upgrade to XP at least but she insists on using Win 2000.  The problem is that I can't find compatible drivers for the ATI Mobility Radeon 7500 made for Win 2000 that the Dell will use.  I've flashed the video BIOS with a Dell download and tried the current drivers from AMD/ATI , but Win 2000 can't find the right .inf file to complete the install.  I've tried the vanilla ATI drivers but still nothing.  Dell has drivers for their older laptops but they don't seem to work either and the drivers on the Resource Disk and Dell's driver site are Win XP only.  Google searches only find the same ATI drivers as I've tried.

So in a nutshell, are there ATI Mobility Radeon 7500 video drives for Win 2000 that the 8100 can use?
