Accidentally uninstalled Cyberlink Media Suite Essentials
Hello,
I upgrade to window 10 and uninstalled cyberlink software. is there any possibility of reinstalling it? I google it and run can't find any download from dell support page, I google it and detect software and hang there and won't detect, I refresh and got unsupport service tag, any idea how to redownload the software again?

even I try one time keep refresh the page and got the services tag not support, very strange

it didn't work, what I got is "Examining your computer please wait ... " the account I login has local admin right, I use IE11, even I did restart the computer and do it again, refresh the page, clean all ie history and login and still doesn't work, any idea? please.....
