Just bought my alienware 15r2 and upon initial start of the system, the fan/cooling system didn't work. I restated and went into bios and enabled performance mode, however now the fan's (obviously) run like I'm marathon gaming. I've downloaded several programs (like speed fan) but they will not detect my fans. So I'm beginning to think that I have a defective product.
