Alienware M11x part no. for complete screen assembly?

Hi,
My old Alienware M11 has a broken back case on the screen.
As I understand, this was a known issue on the early M11 models.
Now I would like to buy a new one, buy they are not avalible through the Dell spare part program.
I have found a few complete new once on ebay, but the sellers can't answer me if it's the right one for my M11x.

As I have found out, my M11x is the one with "Cosmic Black" finish, without WWAN.
The part no for my back case is: 5TD8G
If I understand correct this is the old version,
and there is a new and improved version of the hinge and back case?

Could I use a different one, from a newer model?
