Alienware M15x -- Optical Drive/ Harddrive

Hello, my computer has a problem where I am not able to turn it on. Batter works fine and so does AC adapter but whatever. I am sending my laptop to Dell in a few days and I need some help with my Disk Drive and my Harddive.

I want to know if there is any way for me to backup my Harddrive without me being able to turn on my laptop. Also, since I am pretty sure I have a CD in the disk drive I need to know how to manually get that out without having the computer on. Is it even possible? I know with regular disk drives you are able to put like a paper clip into a hole located near it and somehow manually open the thing but since the Alienware has no visible hole to do this I am lost.
