All I need is a part number (Dell XPS502X)

My screen is broken, and all I need is the part number so I can order a new screen. Dell technical support will not tell me this number. This laptop is of low quality (Stuck hinge since the day I bought it, eventually caused a small crack which ruined the screen), and Dell has the worst customer support. I will never buy any Dell product again. Ever. Anyways, now that my rant it over, if anyone else has replaced their screen in an xps502X and could share the information with me I would greatly appreciate it. I can't believe they will not tell me a part number, just because my laptop is no longer under warranty. I am NOT going to pay for a simple piece of information! I wasn't asking for a free repair, I just wanted the part number.

The part number for the screen is on the back of the screen itself.  It will also show up under "original configuration" using your service tag at support.dell.com.
