Alps error message

Hello, today i was using my dell lattitude laptop with windows 8.1 and i turned it off. When i started using it later, i had an auto uptade at the start and I tries to use it. But an error message appeared saying "Alps_SetMouseMonitor Error!!" And the result is that i can't use touchpad or even the keyboard do you have solutions please?
