Another Dell Latitude E6220 Question
Is it any possible to get a graphics card for this laptop?

Card, no - there's no place for one.
Some models have an option for hybrid video (Intel on GPU + AMD or nVidia chip on mainboard). If your system doesn't have that AND it was an at-purchase option, you would need to replace the following components:
Mainboard, heatsink assembly, and likely the AC adapter if it's 65W now (hybrids require 90+ W).
That's over $300-350 in parts alone so a replacement system may make more sense.

If you have a conventional hard drive, a solid state drive may help a bit -- but if it's the video system that's holding the games back, which is very probable -- no, there isn't.
