Another Inspiron 3521 Wireless problem.

Hello everyone,

I am having a huge problem since July 2013 (when I bought the laptop). My wireless keeps going and coming back. It makes this laptop hard to use with internet.

1) I installed the latest drivers. However, when I go to mydell (the software), I still see that the date of the driver is 2012.

2) I found that there is no chat for technical support for inspiron 3521, I am wondering why.

3) this series has a major wireless problem, I wonder why you did not recall it from the market ?

Anyhow, I would really like some concrete help, to fix my wireless problem. So here are the symptoms.

The issues with wireless are very random. Sometimes, it disconnects from the wireless and won't reconnect back for hours. And sometimes, it connects but I would have internet for 20 secs, then limited connection, internet for 1 mins then limited connectivity and so on.

Please help because it makes my life hell.

P.S: I tried all the troubleshoots available.
