Anyone know what the program: 3D Vision Photo Viewer that comes pre-installed on Dell 5749 is supposed to do?

I have this program "3D Vision Photo Viewer" pre-installed on my Dell 5749 but when I try to launch, all I get is:

"Primary display's adapter does not support NVIDIA 3D Vision"

Anyone know what this means?

I guess it is probably another bit of junk software that Dell seem to include to bloat up the machine but as I can't even launch it, I have no idea what it does.

If anyone knows, I would appreciate your help.
