Ati Radeon Xpress 1250 XP Drivers

Question

Here's the issue: I installed Windows XP on my Inspiron 1521, and i have an Ati Radeon Xpress 1250, but i can't find the XP drivers for the video card, in the Dell drivers section there are only Vista drivers... what can i do?? I don't wanna re-install Vista again =/ Thx a lot

Yeah, i downloaded that... but when i try to install the driver, it shows me an error message... like the device can't be found, or something like that... actually, when i've tried to install any official Ati driver, it shows me the same error, and only the video drivers from the dell page worked out. Any other opinion? Thx a lot for the reply, anyway ;)

Did you have any luck finding the XP drivers for the 1250 video card? I'm going nuts here. I don't want that piece of junk Vista on my machine...I'd appreciate any info you have ;)     Joeman

Try Dell driver R163694. Interestingly, the XP driver on the ATI website specifically identified for the 1250 chipset did not work. The driver that I pulled from the Dell site, which is actually for the 1270 not 1250 chipset, works great.
