Audio drivers are not installed
I'm using a Dell XPS 12Q33 and for some reason, the audio drivers seem to have vanished. I tried downloading it from the Dell website and install it, but I get a message saying that it failed and that "A problem occurred installing this update package"

Have you tried installing the drivers manually? http://dell.to/2w1GWcX
Also, try reinstalling the chipset drivers as well.

Could you confirm the model number. Not XPS 12 9Q33?
Which operating system is installed on it?

By installing it manually, do you mean downloading the driver from the Dell website and installing it? Then yes, I have.
And when you say the chipset drivers, is that the Intel(R) 8 Series Chipset Family SATA AHCI Controller listed under IDE ATA/ATAPI controllers in device manager?

Yes, download the driver on to a usb key, then install it rather than using the download option on the website.
