Auto shut down problem for Inspiron 14R 5421
Yesterday i got 7-8 auto shut down. So i was looking for a solution. Thats why I ran diagnostic test. The result are followings;
ERROR CODE: 2000-0142
Validation 108734
msg:Hard drive 0-S/N S2WZJA0CB50468
short test unsuccessful.
Technical support need will need this information to diagnose problem.Please record the above error and validation codes.

The hard drive has failed - you need a new, 2.5" 7 mm SATA notebook drive.
