BIOS download page has no BIOS

All I get at the BIOS download page for my Inspiron 6000 at http://support.dell.com/support/downloads/download.aspx?c=us&cs=19&l=en&s=dhs&releaseid=R109329&SystemID=INS_PNT_6000&servicetag=&os=WW1&osl=en&deviceid=6999&devlib=0&typecnt=0&vercnt=3&catid=1&impid=-1&formatcnt=1&libid=1&typeid=-1&dateid=-1&formatid=-1&fileid=142094 is the DellDownloadManager.application file, not the BIOS file.  When I execute the DellDownloadManager.application file it says that no application file has been selected and go back to the same page and select a file.  But there is no file there except DellDownloadManager.application.

Where can I get the danged BIOS?

TIA

First question: why are you updating your bios? If you are not having problems do not do it. It is dangerous. From your post you seem to be fairly inexperienced at this and they is a high probability you are going to brick your laptop.

I have had a 6000 and saw no need to update its bios.
